• You will provide all necessary documentation (V5C, MOT certificates, service history, keys)

4.2 Inspection and Final Offer

Upon collection, we will inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle's condition differs materially from your description, we reserve the right to:

• Revise our offer to reflect the actual condition
• Withdraw our offer entirely

4.3 Payment

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account details you provide. Payment is typically processed within 24 hours of vehicle collection and completion of all necessary documentation. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

5. Vehicle Collection

We offer free collection anywhere in mainland UK. By arranging collection, you agree:

• To make the vehicle available at the agreed time and location
• To provide all keys, documentation, and accessories included in the sale
• That you are authorised to hand over the vehicle
• To provide valid identification at the time of collection

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your sale at any time before vehicle collection by contacting us. Once the vehicle has been collected and payment initiated, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Carfero or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
